COMPENSATION
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- Pay raises within the first year based on experience and IICRC certifications

HOURS
- Full-time
- Overtime likely
- Sundays off
- On-call schedule: rotating after-hours and Saturdays
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Disaster Restoration Technician with ServiceMaster of Colorado Springs, you will learn a wide variety of transferable skills related to maintenance, construction, leadership, and customer service. Specific job responsibilities include:
- Perform water/mold/fire/smoke/bio (trauma) remediation as directed according to company procedures including but not limited to extraction, debris removal/disposal, demolition and cleaning
- Use industry software with provided electronic device
- Set up remediation equipment on site
- Notify project manager of customer or project issues as they arise
- Keep accurate digital timesheet records
- Maintain personal safety with PPE provided
