```Duties:```
- Perform restoration and repair work on vehicles, ensuring they are returned to their pre-accident condition
- Assess damage and create repair plans based on customer requirements and insurance guidelines
- Use mechanical knowledge and dealership guidelines to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Utilize auto estimating software to generate accurate repair estimates
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components, including powertrain, suspension, and body panels
- Weld and perform bodywork as needed to restore vehicle structure
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and refinishing work
- Follow schematics and technical specifications to ensure proper repair procedures are followed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology

- Previous experience in automotive restoration or collision repair is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and automotive components
- Proficient in using auto estimating software for accurate repair estimates
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe usage in a workshop environment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Welding experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, insurance companies, and team members
