Key Qualifications:
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Clear Background Check (No Felony Charges)
• Minimum 2 Years of Restoration Experience
• Physical Capability to Lift up to 50-75 pounds
• IICRC Certification Preferred
• Comfortable Working in Varied Environments (e.g., Crawl Spaces, Attics)
• Able to Stand, Walk, Sit for Extended Periods
• Proficient in Handling Objects and Operating Equipment
• Familiarity with Cleaning Products and Chemicals
• Availability for 24/7 Emergency Response, Including On-Call Rotations
Primary Responsibilities:
• Uphold Exceptional Customer Service Standards
• Lead and Mentor a Skilled Crew
• Coordinate Disaster Response for Water, Fire, Mold, and Bio-Hazard Emergencies
• Contribute to Job Scope and Execution Strategy
• Oversee Commercial and Residential Projects
• Ensure Crew Safety and Efficiency
• Maintain Clear Communication with Customers and Management
• Facilitate Training and Development of Crew Members
• Manage Documentation and Equipment
