The Team Leader position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assignedclient sites on assigned shifts. Observes andreports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

The Team Leader maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
