Your Role at KIK
This position is for our Household Chicago facility and will work the Afternoon Shift from 3 pm to 11:30 pm
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leads personnel in the packaging operations, ensuring all machinery is maintained and workers are properly trained per standard procedures.
- Inspects all company products to verify conformance to specifications.
- Suggests changes in working methods and use of equipment to increase the department’s efficiency.
- Notifies Production Supervisor of any manufacturing problems, as well as analyzing and resolving work problems, or assisting workers in solving problems in a helpful and timely manner.
- Maintains records of shift performance, equipment output and weekly production data.
- Maintains and enforces all safety rules and regulations and maintains good housekeeping in all related areas.

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of two years’ experience in automated filling.
- Long periods of standing are a requirement of the position
- Lifting, twisting, carrying up to 60 lbs. is a requirement of the position
- Working in non-temperature and temperature-controlled environments.
- Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location
- Must be able to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.
