Restaurant Supervisor

Big League Dreams Sports Parks, the premier operator of recreational sports complexes has an immediate opening for Food & Beverage Supervisor at our Cathedral City, California location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

^ Provide supervision of all Food & Beverage employees.

* Supervise food preparation, control and presentation.

* Control inventory and cash register procedures.

* Open and close Food & Beverage including starting and closing all registers and reports.

* Deliver customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Two or more years of experience with the above captioned duties and responsibilities.

* Excellent communication, computer, and written skills.

* The position requires the ability to work nights and weekends.
