Restaurant Supervisor

We're seeking a dynamic Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our restaurant, with a primary focus on the kitchen operations. Your role involves ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the restaurant, working collaboratively with the staff to complete tasks and uphold customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a productive work environment by ensuring daily procedures and checklists are consistently executed.
• Uphold order processing standards and co-develop standardized processes and procedures.
• Address customer complaints and actively contribute to operational improvements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of restaurant food and beverage offerings.
• Educate staff on restaurant food and beverage preparation and address food allergies.
• Uphold cleanliness standards and enforce food control and safety regulations.
• Oversee opening and closing functions and step in where necessary to maintain operational efficiency and guest service standards.
• Enforce restaurant rules and personnel policies, motivating and ensuring employee attendance.
• Ensure food quality standards are met and regularly visit tables to gauge customer satisfaction and order accuracy.

Skills:

• Strong hands-on work ethic.
• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience.
• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to assess customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Enforce company policies regarding attendance.
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
