Olive U Mediterranean Grill is an exciting, fresh, new experience for those who want to choose fresh and healthy choices when dining out. We are a new chain of fast casual restaurants in South Florida, specializing in gyros, salads and hand crafted Mediterranean flavored bowls.
Olive U is growing fast and we’re hiring a Regional Manager to join our team!
What we are looking for:
- Responsible for providing management knowledge, mentoring, leadership, and support for our General Managers and Assistant Managers.
- Selects, hires, and assists in the training process of General and Assistant Managers. Conducts and evaluates performance reviews, initiates disciplinary action and/or termination.
- Responsible for achieving financial targets. Including, but not limited to, sales targets, product margins, expense controls and net profiting.
- P&L review of each restaurant and identifying potential/present problems by locating/correcting the source of variance in business operations.
- Performs regular on-site evaluations of service and quality standards to ensure consistency amongst locations. Including, but not limited to, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld in the areas of quality, exemplary guest experience, food cost, labor hours/costs, safety, health department regulations, security, cleanliness, product preparation, team member relations and administration. Identifies problem areas and directs the General Manager in executing means to improve performance.
- Directs General Managers in the maintenance and repair of the restaurant and equipment, adhering to company budgets and approved facility vendors.
- Directs General Managers to adhere to sales forecast, labor budgets, food cost budgets, inventory procedures, payroll review and approval, personnel paperwork (new hire, terminations, leaves of absence, injury, etc.).
- Directs General Managers in planning, coordinating, and implementing restaurant marketing activities in the local community to promote brand products and service and to enhance community relations through special promotions, sponsorships, local advertising, etc.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
