Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Regional Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence in the restaurant and Retail Industry. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations of the company and will provide leadership to the District Managers. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple locations within the San Antonio and Austin areas. This role requires daily travel to our locations and occasional travel to our Corp office located in Houston.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of multiple locations within the assigned areas.
- Collaborate with District Managers and store teams to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Travel to different store locations to ensure operations are running smoothly.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the assigned areas.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and execute regional business strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Recruit, train, and mentor District Managers and operational staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Analyze financial reports and budgets to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Ensure all locations adhere to financial procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure all stores comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and customers.
- Maintain and elevate our high standards of quality and customer service across all locations.
- Attend conferences related to the restaurant and retail industries or requested by Director of Operations.
Requirements:
- Must live in the Austin or San Antonio area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- preferred.
- Proven experience as a Regional Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years in
- managerial or leadership capacity (restaurant and Retail Industry preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the Houston, Austin, and San Antonio areas as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive management.
- Must have experience of responding to customer escalations and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
