Regional Manager

Zihan Restaurant is a nationwide Chinese cuisine corporation based in New York City.

We are looking for a District Manager to join our leadership team.

Responsibility:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the responsible area
- Develop and implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate and optimize team management activities
- Ensure order fulfillment is timely and accurate
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals
- Monitor profit and loss to ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven at least 5 years of experience in food management or a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (in Mandarin)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,981.00 - $129,005.00 per year
