Local Cantina and Orange Umbrella Restaurant Group seeks to grow our team by hiring our next Regional Manager.

Who we are looking for:

  • A passionate and committed leader responsible for leading and managing daily restaurant operations within your region to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
  • Someone with the ability to lead, develop, manage, and hold people accountable, is key to success in this role as our regional manager should be able to perform efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • 3+ years of restaurant Multi Unit experience consisting of at least 5 locations in a full service environment , with full PL responsibility and an expert in both Front of House and Back of House aspects of the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, point of sale use and general computer skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while being extremely organized and proficient at time management.
  • Consistently capable of interacting positively and professionally with people at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred)
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, bend and squat as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Bilingual in conversational Spanish preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Duties will include recruiting, training, and developing management staff in your region, setting store objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance, P&L management, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing weekly reports.
  • Teach, coach, lead and develop General Managers along with supporting in the development of the entire restaurant management team.
  • Responsible for holding restaurant general managers accountable for proper staffing levels in both the front and back of house along with ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed.
  • Ensure Restaurant Managers are retaining and developing team members to help improve productivity, consistency, and quality of the guest experience.
  • Regularly monitor guest feedback and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement along with providing coaching to the store management teams to act and achieve business goals.
  • Work with leadership to help establish budgets and projections for all restaurants in your region.
  • Ensure company initiatives are supported and communicated clearly to all managers and team members.
  • Utilize local marketing and community partnerships to continuously improve sales and the performance of each location with your region.
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting weekly financial and operational reports for the CEO.
  • Meets with Restaurant Managers to analyze and discuss monthly P&L to ensure effective cost management and maximize profitability.
  • Administer monthly quality assurance audits of each restaurant to ensure locations are maintaining high levels of food and beverage quality, guest service, along with overall cleanliness.
