Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Manage a sales team spread across four states, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of success. Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities.
- Strategic Selling: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure and grow business with large customers. Leverage your expertise in Restaurant Equipment sales to drive results and meet ambitious sales volume targets.
- Brand Representation: Be the face of our brand. Demonstrate a strong presence and command when interacting with clients and stakeholders. Represent our organization professionally and uphold the high standards associated with our name.
- Management Experience: Utilize your management background, preferably in the restaurant industry, to lead and inspire a geographically dispersed sales team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Significant experience in Restaurant Equipment sales, specifically as a dealer or factory rep. Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership qualities with the ability to command a room. Comfortable presenting and engaging with top organizations at a national level.
- Team Player: Must thrive in a team-oriented culture. Be a good person first and foremost, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to the success of the team.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required. Must be comfortable representing the company in various locations.
Compensation:
- Salary: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
- Location: Must reside in the state of Florida.
