Job Responsibilities Include
External Contractor Administration
- Work with the Externals Management lead to draft and process all legal documents relating to external consultants across the Americas, including but not limited to Statements of Work, Consulting Agreements, Amendment Letters, and Termination Letters.
- Collect and maintain an internal database of all external resumes provided by Murex Partners.
- Schedule all candidate interviews and collect all interview feedback for Domain Head review.
- Maintain the Onboarding & Renewal tracker for all Americas consultants in real time.
- Align with the internal Finance and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely creation and updates for all new and changing consultant profiles.
- Work with the Externals Management lead to continually improve and streamline the external consultant acquisition, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the Externals Management lead with additional projects as needed, such as RFP program coordination, ETP interview processing, monthly newsletter send-outs, etc.

Compensation for roles at Murex varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Murex provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York City as set forth below and information on benefits offered.
