Role Description

We are looking for a Global Partner Operations Director to oversee and optimize operations across all alliances and partnerships and Intapp’s overall partner program. As the Global Partner Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partnerships by ensuring operational excellence, fostering partner program execution and ongoing development, and maximizing Partner Operations efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting to the Vice President, Alliances & Partner Ecosystem, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to streamline partner processes, build out partner management systems, tools, and automation, enhance partner experiences, and enable the partner management team and the rest of the company to better leverage partnerships.

What you will do :

1. Partner Operations Strategy & Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the Partner Operations strategy, aligned to the overall company strategy, key stakeholder functions, the partner program and partner management capabilities and processes, such as partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, development, as well as commercial model execution, and support mechanisms.

2. Operational Excellence:
Establish, optimize and maintain operational processes to facilitate and support efficient partner management along the full partnership lifecycle, including partner program deployment and execution activities, co-delivery and co-selling operations, performance tracking and overall reporting for the cross-functional partner team.

3. Automation & Infrastructure Design and Enablement:
Review, design, develop, deploy and continuously improve the technical infrastructure underpinning all partner management and operations. Assess functional demands, strategize with the ecosystem and business operations leadership team, and facilitate or even drive infrastructure development and deployment – working together with key players across the company, such as IT, R&D, Procurement, Legal, Sales, etc.

4. Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners, working side-by-side with Alliance Directors, Partner Development Managers and Channel Partner Managers on operational inquiries, issue resolution, and escalation management.

5. Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze partnerships, partner program and partner management performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize partner portfolio and program performance and drive positive client impact, partner experiences and revenue and profitability growth.

5. Partner Enablement:
Manage the development and deployment of comprehensive partner enablement programs, such as training resources, materials, reviews and certifications to ensure positive client experiences, quality and time to value.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, IT and finance teams to align partner initiatives and processes with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of the partner program and broader ecosystem strategy.

8. Compliance and Governance:
Ensure partnerships and their execution adhere to contractual agreements, compliance standards, and best practices to protect company interests, manage risks and maintain the integrity of partner and client relationships.

9. Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Partner Operations processes, systems, and tools to drive scalability, efficiency, and our team as well as our partners satisfaction and experiences.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (>10 years) in management consulting (focus on transformation, change, processes and/or technology) and/or Partner Operations, channel management, or business operations roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B partnership dynamics, including partner lifecycle management, revenue-sharing models, and partner ecosystem strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, change management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative programs, sustain change and lead teams and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM, Finance, partner management, and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel) strongly preferred.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
