Location: New York, NY
Currently hiring for a Finance and Operations Associate with an expanding Broker Dealer. The position is highly visible, offers career growth and the opportunity to work alongside the principals and management of the Broker Dealer.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year’s experience in middle office or back office operations in a Broker Dealer, ideally, a small to mid size. Accounting knowledge is a must. Also requires a degree.
This role will work in financial operations, assisting with reconciliations, G/L maintenance, and FINRA reporting. Role will help with regulatory reports and working with the CFO and Controller for other tasks.
Operational responsibilities include OFAC checks, assisting the Chief Compliance Officer with various reports and working alongside Sales and Registered representatives to ensure proper reporting.
Salary is 75,000 to 100,000, with flexibility based on experience as well as bonus eligible and paid health benefits.
This position is in office in NYC with a high energy, smaller group.
