Residential Supervisor

The Residential Supervisor position requires a highly responsible person with experience in behavioral interventions and/or caretaking of adults with special needs to supervise our group home staff and disabled residents within our 10 residential group homes around Palm Coast. The Residential Supervisor lends assistance to group home Managers and company Directors to help ensure compliance with policies, procedures and government regulations for each group home location.

The Residential Supervisor also responds to emergency situations when our residents display potentially dangerous behaviors and additional physical assistance and intervention is needed to deescalate the resident. As such, the position requires on call responsibilities every other week to respond to crisis situations as they arise.

The State requirements for hiring are:

*HS Diploma or Equivalent

*Pass a Level 2 Background Check

*1 year exp. in care taking required (residential group homes, day programs, youth camps, mental health or juvenile facilities, etc.), behavioral experience preferred (Related College coursework may be considered, if at least 30 credit hours, and within a related field.)

*Valid Driver's License

*At Least 18 Years Old

*Pass all required trainings, including CPR & physical restraint course to implement restraints as needed

*Supervisory experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and/or experience for supervisory positions.

*For Residential Supervisor, you must also be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
