Superintendent Qualifications:
- GREAT TENURE WITH CURRENT & PREVIOUS COMPANIES
- Experience with Commercial (Ground-up or Interior)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, good positive attitude
- Meet deadlines & work well under pressure
- Degree preferred, not required
