Field Supervisor/ Residential Production Construction

We are a reputable residential building materials company who has successfully been in operation since 1981! We manage interior specialties like flooring, cabinets and counters working with large builders/ developers all across Central Florida. 

We are growing and need a Field Supervisor to work on site in the Tampa/ Parrish/ Brandon, FL market.  If you have worked in residential construction with production builder homes, and have the skills below, then we'd love to speak with you!

Overview of Responsibilities: 

• Pre and Post Inspections before and after all installations
• Drive through construction subdivisions daily to assess progress 
• Communicate any concerns, adjustments or problems to appropriate parties
• Collect and submit punch paperwork, documenting and outstanding items or deficiencies
• Use ipad or other designated devices to record and report inspection findings
• On occasion, assist the warehouse in delivering materials to a job site using a company box truck or trailer.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of wall tile, floor tile, vinyl plank, carpet, cabinets, countertops and window treatments
• Previous experience as a Field Supervisor or construction related role
• Excellent communication
• Able to use technology, ipads or similar devices
• Valid driver license and reliable personal vehicle 
• Knowledge of construction industry practices, codes and regulations
• Problem solving skills
