-Must have a passion for and desire to work with Adults with intellectual disabilities and other physical or mental illness.
-Provide for the staffing and processes of residence, including rescheduling, budgeting, shopping, cleaning etc
-Ensure individuals maintain a clean, safe and healthy home environment
-Responsible for the management, coordination, and provision of all services at an assigned location
-Implementation and oversight of all ISP objectives, ADLs and community engagement
-Conducting assessments and intake processes for all referrals of the home
-Conducting and monitoring documentation such as daily progress notes, quarterly reports, annual reports, and Clients ISPs
-Provide supports, in order to ensure that all ISP objectives, support strategies are goal driven and Person Centered
-Maintain communications between Support Coordinators, Day Support Providers, family members, guardians, and other stakeholders
-Assist in hiring and training all staff
-Execute staff performance evaluations and/or corrective action as needed
-Ensure appropriate individual records are maintained in accordance with funding sources regulatory requirements and the company's policies and procedures
-Coordinate and attend medical and therapeutic appointments
-Ensure coverage of shifts in an efficient and cost-effective manner
-Responsible to ensure staff scheduling is in accordance with the designated staffing ratios for the assigned site
-Maintain licensing and certification standards
-Preserve the Human Rights and Dignity of the people we serve
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
