PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING MANAGER

People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Permanent Supportive Housing Manager in Culpeper, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and support of PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE participants, including case management, assessing intake forms, referrals to other case managers and/or community resources, accurately capturing and entering data in a timely and accurate manner. Must have the ability to reason, effectively communicate, and motivate individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health and substance abuse issues. A valid driver's license, excellent driving record, reliable transportation, excellent oral and written communication skills also required. Degree preferred but not required; but seeking a highly qualified applicant with significant experience.
