The Records Management position, in collaboration with the Director of Compliance, is responsible for auditing client files to ensure compliance with regulatory (DBHDS and DMAS) requirements. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with regulatory agencies (preferably DBHDS), be detail oriented and very thorough in the auditing and handling of files.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the records that have been submitted to Records Management
- Responsible for scanning, uploading and inputting data into the online systems
- Audits records and provides feedback to management
- Meets monthly with Director of Compliance to relay pertinent information
- Meet with program managers one-on-one to provide feedback and support
- Leads Peer-Audit Events with Directors and Program Management
- Assist the Director of Compliance with updating and mailing yearly records
- Attends training centered on DBHDS and DMAS record requirements
- Communicates all oral and written information accurately and promptly to the Director of Compliance
- Responsible for representing Helton House Inc. in a courteous and professional manner in all circumstances
- Responsible for assisting in maintaining a positive work atmosphere that fosters a collaborative work culture
- Experience and knowledge in the field of human services and documentation regulatory requirements (i.e. DBHDS, DMAS, HCBS Rights, Human Rights) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Computer experience and proficiency required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED required
