BoCo Design Build LLC, a thriving residential design and construction firm, is actively seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about home design to work closely with our partners and contribute to the success of our growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Collaboration: Actively engage with lead designers to contribute ideas and assist in material selections.
- Data Management: Efficiently handle data entry tasks and maintain well-organized records.
- Vendor Relations: Follow up with vendors to ensure schedules and scope of work aligns with our design vision.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and manage expenses, adhering to budget guidelines.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate a keen interest in home design and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, small company setting.
Requirements:
- Passion for Home Design: Genuine interest in residential design and a desire to contribute creatively to the team.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or design industry.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 40 per week
