Office Manager

Our current Office Manager is retiring. We are looking for someone to join the team based culture at Glenco. The person we hire will be training under our current office manage. Small but growing company with fun environment.

Responsibilities:
-Quickbooks Entries

-Inventory Management

-File Organization

-AR/AP

-Client Communications

-Budget Tracking

-Website / Social Management

-Helping company owner with misc. assistant needs

Experience:
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in overall computer use.
- Organization / Communication / Detail a must!
- Familiarity with construction terminology
- Confidentiality with sensitive info

Pay based on experience and abilities.
