Responsibilities
• Answer phones and direct incoming calls
• Greet and direct visitors who visit the office
• Accept deliveries and notify Project Managers
• Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of the office
• Copy, scan, fax, and file documents
• Mail sorting and distribution
• Assist office management personnel in various projects for which you will
be trained
Requirements
• Neat, professional appearance
• Must be able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and be a self-starter
• Friendly with strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills including proficiency in alphabetizing
materials
• Keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willing to learn and grow
Not Required but beneficial
• Experience in the field of Construction
• Experience in Quickbooks or other accounting software
