Research and Development Associate Laboratory Technician.

Job Summary:

As a Research and Development Associate Laboratory Technician at Camfil USA, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in our laboratory operations, focusing on material evaluation using cutting-edge laboratory equipment. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with our R&D team to contribute to the development of innovative air filtration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform media evaluation experiments using laboratory equipment.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Prepare and test various materials to meet project requirements.
• Record and analyze experimental data, documenting findings accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the R&D process.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in laboratory techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Biology,

Chemistry, Biochemistry) is a plus.

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with material evaluation techniques and laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory setting.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position with a weekly commitment of up to 28 hours. The specific schedule can be discussed and adjusted based on mutual agreement.
