- Create and deliver data sets, metrics, reports.
- Ability to write SQL scripts and pull data from a myriad of resources
- Collect data from primary or secondary data sources.
- Bring data together to convert data into information and provide the partnership to the business to drive business results
- Generate and maintain documentation of reporting solutions developed
- Work with teams to gather requirements and develop reporting around the relevant project KPIs for implementation.
- Interpret data and analyze results
- Ability to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and comfort presenting to everyone from entry-level employees to senior vice presidents
- Support standard & ad-hoc analytic requests, providing accurate & timely data, analysis, and insightful interpretations.
- Develop Power BI dashboards with support from senior team members
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4 year degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 0 to 2 or more years’ work experience required.
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Expert skill level with PC and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills.
