Healthcare Operations Reporting Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking a Healthcare Operations Reporting Analyst for a remote 6+ month contract with our Fortune 5 client.

Our client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on refining business requirements, performing data analysis, and designing data models to support flexible reporting use cases. The successful candidate will have a strong proficiency in PowerBI and Excel, with the ability to work with diverse data sources, particularly those in Excel format. The role involves refining an existing data model in PowerBI and ensuring its alignment with reporting needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis to understand business requirements and design data models to support flexible reporting use cases.
• Work extensively with Excel and various data sources, refining existing data models in PowerBI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of reference tables data for all Business Operations tools.
• Manage and analyze internal financials, workforce management data, PPM Optics, SVP Dashboard, and forecasting tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PowerBI, with a focus on refining and optimizing existing data models.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating consulting and advisory skills to address requests with minimal guidance.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail in performing tedious data-related tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with team members across different time zones, with an Eastern timezone overlap required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working in reporting and data analyst roles.
• Proficiency in PowerBI with a strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with diverse data sources in Excel.
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with business operations tools, including reference tables data, internal financials, workforce management, PPM Optics, SVP Dashboard, and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to performing meticulous data-related work.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $52.00-$57.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with various rate ranges.
