Marquette County Habitat for Humanity is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Repair Program Coordinator to join our team. The Repair Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Home Repair and Ramp Programs, including intake of all new repair and ramp applications, home visits, scheduling and coordinating contractors and helping to identify and secure grant funding.
Responsibilities:
- Intake of all new repair and ramp applications
- Schedule and attend home visits to assess repairs and complete paperwork
- Secure and review bids from contractors
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors throughout projects
- Maintain budget
- Maintain an organized system for tracking applications and work in process
- Assist in securing grant funds to offset repair costs
- Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and reporting
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; including the ability to build and maintain relationships with families, contractors and community partners
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the mission of Marquette County Habitat for Humanity
