Position Overview:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on paid digital advertising, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others, to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, product development, and content creation, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Build and optimize funnels to continually improve the client and sales journey.
- Use data to develop winning creative across all marketing channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS, to track campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media advertising, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to optimize spend and drive maximum impact.
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on paid digital advertising and events.
- Experience booking, planning, and attending trade shows throughout the United States.
- Extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve and exceed goals in a remote work environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and other relevant marketing technologies.
