Merge is seeking a Head Of Marketing Operations to help us build the foundation of our marketing tech stack, campaign operations, and lead management processes. You'll develop high quality marketing processes that give our prospects and customers the best possible experience, play an integral role in generating revenue, and enable the marketing team to operate at its best.
You'll be working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, vendors, and agency contractors to make it all happen. You will leverage your mastery of systems to turn the stack into an orchestrated demand-gen flywheel for growth. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
What you'll do:
- Own our marketing systems architecture, MarTech stack, and strategy, ensuring that actionable insights pass seamlessly between marketing, sales and product systems.
- Execute the vision for marketing analytics and track/report on key KPIs and funnel metrics that provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Work directly with RevOps to monitor, analyze, measure and report the health Of Marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, lead acquisition and activity.
- Conduct consistent and proactive funnel leak diagnoses and consistently improve our systems setup
- Drive data management to increase data integrity and global reach; own marketing database management and data requests (e.g. segmentation, list creation).
- Develop, implement, and disseminate metrics/KPIs about performance and outcomes through dashboards and data visualization tool sets to monitor business health, including marketing database hygiene, website traffic and conversions, performance integrity and accuracy, capturing insights and making recommendations.
- Lead the vision for our marketing technology roadmap - audit and evaluate our marketing technology stack, including automation capabilities, lead processing, measurement and reporting.
- Own end-to-end Marketing website operations (technical SEO, site speed, conversion optimization, and partnership with design on creative optimizations).
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years Of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years of being the core admin for a marketing automation tool
- Expertise with core marketing automation and lead management tools
- Experience with managing lead funnels from end to end
- Obsession with data, details, and processes. You're a whiz in building bespoke dashboards with more customized capabilities (i.e. a Tableau, Looker, Preset, etc.)
- Ability to manage complex systems, and are always looking to optimize processes
- Familiarity with building campaigns and running marketing experiments
- Excitement to dive into challenges, build from the ground up, iterate quickly, and work cross-functionally to solve problems
- The cash compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
