Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and pain points.
• Present our products/services persuasively, articulating their value proposition and benefits tailored to the client's needs.
• Handle objections effectively and address any concerns to move the sales process forward.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize strategies and processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a high-Ticket Sales environment. Nice to have but not required, we will train the right person.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and results-oriented mindset.
