Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries, providing accurate information and recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible
- Address billing and account issues, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide necessary guidance and solutions to customers
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous Customer Service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and patience
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
