Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and be a critical part of our company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance
  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries, providing accurate information and recommendations
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible
  • Address billing and account issues, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide necessary guidance and solutions to customers
  • Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous Customer Service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and patience
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
