Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional Customer Service via phone, email, and online chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and tailored solutions
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the Customer Service team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Customer Service software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to empathize with customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
