About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to answer customer questions and resolve customer issues by deescalating calls.
- Provide an elevated level of customer service and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Collecting payments when needed
- Use computers, automated systems, and a variety of software.
- Successfully complete training and retain information that is taught.
- Maintain call quality and compliance.
- Follow guidelines regarding goals, attendance, policies, and procedures.
- Save customers from cancelling LegalShield memberships.
- $14.35-$16.35/hour
- Leadership program offering title advancement and bonuses upon graduation.
- A pay increase plan, contingent on attendance, available at both the 6-month and 1-year milestones.
