Our Remote Account Specialists provide excellent customer service in a remote Call Center environment. They handle inbound and outbound calls to assist our customers with applications, information verification, and payment support.
- Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy, and professionalism to support the department’s vision of a
- Effectively communicate Terms and Conditions and the value of our product
- Assist customers with filling out application via telephone
- Answer customer questions regarding applications and customer accounts
- Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application
- Take payments via telephone and provide payment assistance options when available
- Submit applications and relay results to the customer
- Understand the need to escalate customer calls when appropriate
- Maintain database on new and existing customers
- Meet quality and productivity goals
- Other duties as assigned

Remote work requirements:
- Reside in Oklahoma, Kansas, or Missouri
- Internet service with a wired connection to router, minimum download speed of 10Mbps (satellite based ISP's are not compatible)
- Work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled
- Quiet, office-like workspace, free of distraction
Other requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
