Position Summary:

The Salesperson at Unique Showroom will be responsible for interacting with customers and overseeing the successful completion of remodeling projects. This individual will work closely with the rest of the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions through the time of the project until completion
• Take on remodeling jobs and ensure that they are completed in a timely and orderly fashion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the products and services offered by Unique Showroom
• Meet or exceed project targets and quotas set by management

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction and remodeling, specifically in the areas of kitchens, baths, and flooring, is required for this position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and build relationships
• Proven sales experience
• Knowledge of the products and services offered by Unique Showroom, and the ability to effectively explain and sell these to customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands, with strong time management skills
• A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
