Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships through networking and door-to-door sales efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' roofing needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Outside Sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
