- 2+ years of proven B2C (business-to-consumer) sales success

- Provide regular updates and reports to management on performance and target achievement
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the remodeling industry or related field
- Strong understanding of the remodeling industry, including knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and design trends
- Excellent communication, ability to follow systems, and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow systems and processes with efficiency
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
