The Regional Vice President of Operations is responsible for meeting company financial targets by supporting assigned communities in achieving their service and business goals in accordance with Resident needs, owner expectations, government regulations and company policies. The Regional Vice President of Operations must lead by example in demonstrating company Culture through all interactions while ensuring operational standards are met and maintained in a fiscally responsible manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities described below are representative of those associate encounters while performing the basic functions of the position.

• Makes regular site visits to assigned communities to ensure compliance with all service and business goals.
• Inspects physical plants during visits. Approve capital expenditures as needed/required.
• Sources, interviews, hires, trains and performance manages assigned Executive Directors. May also perform those functions with Community Department Head staff when needed.
• Evaluates resident and associate satisfaction. Works with Executive Director and Department Head teams to increase both resident and associate satisfaction.
• Performs monthly review of assigned communities’ financial performance. Works with Executive Directors to develop plans to meet all assigned targets.
• Serves a liaison between assigned communities’ management and community owners.
• Perform thorough review of and ensures accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual community reports.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

Education -

• Bachelor's Degree in business, gerontology, or a related field.

Experience -

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as an Executive Director
• Requires two (2) years of experience in a Regional Management position in senior living, nursing, health, or related industries.
