Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Regional Vice President, Sales & Education to join our team on the West Coast in California.
The role:
You will establish Clarins as a top selling brand in your respective region, correctly utilizing the resources of the organization, and for the sales and education in each region.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where product innovation, responsible beauty, and customer proximity are top priorities, the position of Regional Vice President, Sales & Education will embody our value of listening and play a critical role in supporting the company’s strategy by creating an outstanding Sales & Education journey with our customers in mind.
- Achieve sell through targets for overall markets and specific focus door targets.
- Charged with recognizing opportunities and implementing strategies/programs to yield results.
- Responsible for projecting and meeting required financial goals while maintaining overall region profit & loss requirements, and properly managing budgets for the region.
- Accountable for by door selling cost inclusive of Skin Spa and PT modelling events/staff and counter demo.
- Implement all visual merchandising guidelines with zero deviation, as well as promotional and merchandising programs with the retailer to achieve sell-thru goals.
You are:
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, solutions driven.
You have:
- 10+ years of experience in Beauty Retailing, Servicing and Executive Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- An ability to analyze and interpret sales data
- Excellent rapport with customers (retailer partners).
- Effective communication as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to influence and support staff to achieve objectives.
- Strong command and understanding of company profit and loss statements.
- An ability to efficiently multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- An ability to travel up to 40%.

Salary: $190,000-$240,000
