Job Title: Vice President – Operations

Reports to: Regional President
Job Summary
The Vice President Operations (VPO) is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the operations including
strategic planning and forecasting, customer care, purchasing, warranty, team development, quality and
other aspects of the business. The position is responsible for ensuring that these functions are led in a
way that maximizes company profits and aligns with the company's culture and values while building and
leading a team. The VPO consistently delivers on operating plans, ensuring a healthy working
environment that fosters a continuous improvement attitude. The VPO is an integral part of the overall
Company's success, and plays a larger role in developing the strategic direction of the Company.
- Oversee all aspect of ATI's residential services nation-wide, including development,
management, clients, and other stakeholders are consistently met.
- Deliver annual operating plan goals for region and participate as needed to obtain Company

- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and fostering professional relationships as
- o Focus on direct insurance repair programs, large loss adjusters, and claim managers
- Developing, implementing, and achieving the strategic and annual operating plans of the

- Accountable for maximizing profits through approval of the business plan, and setting procedures
- Interview and hire, train, motivate, and manage the department's management team in executing
- Directly manages between 5-11 Regional Managers with wide range of indirect reports.
- Develop, implement, and manage customer satisfaction and quality programs to continually
- Monitor construction team relationships and management of trade partners, ensuring a high level
- Drive value-engineering efforts to ensure the most cost-effective process are used. Provide
- Collaborates with other members of management in the creation of new and improved services,
preferences and the competition to the discussion
- Develops an external, local network to ensure continuous success of the Company's strategic
- Oversee implementation of operations software, technology advances and efficiencies in each
- Analyzes results and provide solutions to resolve operational problems.
- Responsible for ensuring branches are compliant with all safety, OSHA, CTPAT, UST,
employment
- Understands the company's vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives
- Responsible for ensuring facilities and equipment are maintained within company guidelines and
assigned regions(s).
- Assess optimization of current initiatives to identify process improvement opportunities and
- Participates in Project Director and Project Manager selection & development. Develops
training and development opportunities to enhance performance, development, and contributions
to the company. Influences accountability for individual and team performance not in direct line of
accountability. Addresses performance issues appropriately and timely.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in construction or related field
- Eight (8) years strategic operations management experience in construction
- Eight (8) years' experience leading teams in operations
- Five (5) years field construction experience including multiple job site management
- Minimum of five (5) years of service at ATI holding the position of Regional Manager.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Salesforce and Google Suite. Knowledge of Xactimate and T&M Pro a
Flexibility and Travel:
This role will need to be available to travel up to approximately 60% of the time.
