JOB SUMMARY
Provides leadership, strategic direction and high level operational oversight in the areas of Human Resources, Employee Health, Workers Compensation, Health & Wellness, Volunteer Services and Nutritional Services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field with graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or Organizational Development.
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years executive level experience in Human Resources, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge and Skills: Benefits and Compensation administration, labor law, excellent communication skills and proven leadership abilities.

PAY RANGE
$119.55 - $179.33

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
