We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales initiatives across a designated region. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Position Overview:

As the Regional Sales Manager for B.A.R., you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of Sales Representatives within your designated region. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering key relationships, and driving revenue growth for our portfolio of premium spirits.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Train, and lead a team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and Regional Sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and on-premise partners within the region.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to engage key accounts and address customer needs.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and market data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance and trends.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the Regional Sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective measures to achieve financial targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide input to product development and marketing teams based on regional market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Regional Sales management role within the Spirits Industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the spirits market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Bi-lingual - English & Spanish
