We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales initiatives across a designated region. Position Overview:
As the Regional Sales Manager for B.A.R., you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of Sales Representatives within your designated region. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering key relationships, and driving revenue growth for our portfolio of premium spirits.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Train, and lead a team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and Regional Sales targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and on-premise partners within the region.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to engage key accounts and address customer needs.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and market data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance and trends.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the Regional Sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective measures to achieve financial targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide input to product development and marketing teams based on regional market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Regional Sales management role within the Spirits Industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the spirits market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Bi-lingual - English & Spanish

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
