Regional Sales Manager
ShercoUSA is seeking a passionate Regional Sales Manager to lead our dealer sales efforts in their assigned region to meet our sales goals. The Regional Sales Manager acts as the main point of contact for assigned Sherco dealerships for sales of motorcycle units, parts, garments and accessories (PG&A). The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling premium motorcycle or powersports brands and will be skilled at positioning and selling value instead of resorting to price discounting to achieve sales goals.

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned dealerships and responsible for the sales of motorcycle units, parts, garments and
- Sales planning, sales forecasting, and achieving sales quota within the assigned region.
- Maintain and update sales data, forecasts and reports.
- Proactively call on assigned dealers to answer questions, identify issues and opportunities, and maintain dealer excitement in the
- Proactively establish a positive working relationship with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, Parts Managers,
- Proactively solicit day-to-day new unit and PG&A orders, provides updates on product availability, and presents new products and
- Proactively identify and recruit approved new dealer prospects within territory.
- Work with internal departments pertaining to sales activities and issue resolution.
- Support dealer activation events in their assigned region, as needed.+
- Meet with the ShercoUSA executive team on a regular basis for guidance, status updates, and to aid in progress in meeting sales
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years in the motorcycle industry selling a premium OEM or aftermarket brand. Familiarity with off-road motorcycles
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a business related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency using CRM software for managing sales activity and reporting.
- Creative problem solver, resilient personality, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven and constantly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and understand when to escalate potential issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Basic math and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy; must be a team player.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle with proficiency and follow company riding policies.
- Professional and confident.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative, exercise patience, be dedicated and goal oriented.
