AT&T has an opening for a Regional Launch Support T2 Leadto support the National Security Sector. This position oversees Network Operation Launch teams supporting customer key mission with network technicians and support via documented processes for Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Service Fulfillment, and execution of Network Connectivity Service requests. This position works closely with program leadership, customer leadership, and representatives of other IT (Information technology) service providers under the customer's IT ecosystem.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct network operation launch teams geographically dispersed focused on customer Launch Support activities.
- Interface with launch customers, site leadership, technical staff, Service Business Leads (SBLs) and Project Managers (PjMs) to identify issues, and meet deadlines with ongoing projects.
- Review and provide accurate mission launch communications RFCs (Requests for Change) impacts to determine scale of IT services requested for launch. Derive man hour reports for requested services.
- Create and maintain the launch schedule, providing status, dates, and sites involved for all launch-related support activities.
- Create and present a Launch Operations Readiness Review (LORR) brief for each launch to the Program Management Office (PMO), Government Program Management Office (GPMO) and program team members.
- Maintain awareness and status for all projects impacting launch requirements.
- Track staffing requirements across assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR) and identify vacancies in direct support of launch activities.
- Communicate contract initiatives and leadership messaging to site leads.
- Serve as a Point of Contact (PoC) for site leads to escalate issues (Incidents, RITMs, personnel, etc.).
- Drive network operations launch team members to improve delivery of service through Continuous Service Improvements (CSIs).
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders in support of launch operations and engineering escalations and transitions as necessary.
- Assist with troubleshooting network systems when necessary and make improvements to the customers network.
- Develop, update, and maintain the program operations launch roles and responsibilities, workflows, processes, process improvement strategy, and associated documentation.
- Direct and lead the operations launch team members to achieve performance goals and meet service level requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports through performance evaluations, one-on-one coaching, and training.
- Ensure that operations launch staffing levels can meet workload demands by hiring, recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining personnel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of network operations launch and the customer mission.

Required Qualifications: The candidate must have 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a doctorate and 8 years of experience OR a master's and 10 years, OR a bachelor's and 12 years, OR associates and 14 years, OR HS and 16 years. Additional required qualifications include:
- Working in a team environment within a professional office setting.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and ability to manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Service Now or similar ITSM, and Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Our Regional Launch Support T2 Lead (ND III) earns between $98,100 - $160,000 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
