Referral Sales Specialist

This position is responsible for building relationships with case managers, program managers, and agency personnel to increase referrals. This includes focusing on growing existing referral sources with managers in their shared area of responsibility.

You will…

• Partner with the management to grow assigned territory new activation dollars.
• Responsible for daily phone and email communication for Territory Managers, clients, and accounts.
• Identify the needs and preferences of the account and document in CRM.
• Reach out to Case Managers to confirm client information.
• Manage incoming phone calls by responding to requests and assisting with inquiries.
• Work with management to build and grow a sales-oriented culture.
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions and /or escalating unresolved.
• Record details of calls and messages utilizing CRM.
• Maintain access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.
• Refer client complaints to the appropriate persons.
• Maintain protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions.
• Maintain project productivity and quality goals.
• Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
• Occasional business travel may be required.

• Bachelor's Degree a plus.
• Zero (0) plus years of experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams.
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time.

Salary: $40,000-$55,000/Year
