About the Role
The Recruitment Specialist for our operations in US and Canada is a key member of the Solidifi North America Talent Acquisition team who oversees the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and HR team to identify and attract top talent for our company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify vacancies and understand the role requirements, creating a recruitment strategy that best suits the needs of the role.
- Apply appropriate recruitment methods and approaches to engage top candidates ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment including:
- Reviewing applications, serving as the key point of contact with candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews and communications.
- Complete phone screens, coordinate interviews and prepare offer letters.
- Initiate and complete all pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
- Reviewing applications, serving as the key point of contact with candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews and communications.
- Engage with the Solidifi Talent Community and maintain a pipeline of interested candidates.
- Oversee internal growth opportunities and ensure internal candidates receive feedback if not selected.
- Evaluate results and provide metrics on talent acquisition strategies and recruitment funnel to recommend improvements to the recruitment process.
- Stay current on talent attraction trends, market conditions and others including legislation regarding employment practices.
- Coaching managers on hiring skills and best practices on recruitment.
- Other HR projects as assigned.
Skills and Expertise
- 5-10 years of recruitment experience specifically in the US title industry.
- Experience with strategic talent sourcing, outreach, and selection using a variety of approaches (e.g., LinkedIn recruiting, social media, etc.)
- Knowledge of Human Resources function and best practices, specifically in recruitment and staffing, and related legislation
- A well-organized collaborator who can manage multiple competing priorities in a challenging environment.
- An individual who can act independently in a self-directed, purposeful environment to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong understanding of best practices for recruitment and hiring and passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
