SnowGo is a mobile app connecting property owners to service providers for hassle-free snow removal. This Spring, SnowGo is expanding our team and our services, now offering lawn care.

The Sales Director at SnowGo will spearhead the sales department, crafting and implementing strategies to expand our reach in the landscaping and snow removal markets. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in scaling our business, with a focus on innovative approaches to capture new service providers and customers.

Job Description:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for launching and managing recruitment campaigns to attract new service providers to the SnowGo platform. This role requires creativity in outreach strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and adapt to recruitment trends.

Tasks:

• Develop and execute innovative recruitment campaigns targeting potential service providers.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and industry forums to advertise opportunities.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling recruitment materials.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve strategies and outcomes.
