THE JOB

Embark on a unique journey with us as a Remote Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in launching our new call center temp agency division. This role is more than a job; it's a mission to innovate and grow a department from the ground up. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with variable hours ranging from 15 to 35 per week, allowing you to excel in your role with both comfort and adaptability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead Recruitment and Onboarding: Drive the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

· Manage Payroll and Invoicing: Oversee payroll and client invoicing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

· Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain excellent client relationships, meeting staffing needs with unmatched excellence.

· Refine Recruitment Strategies: Develop and optimize recruitment strategies, working closely with department managers to clearly understand and meet role requirements.

· Efficient Onboarding Planning: Coordinate effective onboarding plans, streamlining the process for new hires and the company.

· Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and ensure all practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

· Foster Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment and onboarding experience, contributing to our company's growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Industry Savvy: Solid experience in the service or call center industry, with a proven track record of successful recruitment.

· Tech Proficiency: Skilled in using ATS, Microsoft Office, payroll systems, and QuickBooks.

· Home Office Ready: Equipped with a home office and high-speed internet to effectively support your remote work.

· Balanced Independence and Team Spirit: Able to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player, ready to take on the challenge of shaping a new department.

THE MONEY

· Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22 (depending on experience and hours).
