Operations Manager will develop and execute operational strategies to ensure smooth recruitment, as well as partner with vendors to ensure recruitment software is preforming up to standard and is utilized by the team. You will also maximize recruitment efforts by finding solutions that efficiently enhance the recruiting desk. Overseeing the sourcing team and recruiting social media efforts while partnering with marketing to ensure we meet branding guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
Education
BA or BS degree in HR, business, marketing, design, communications, or related field
Experience
- Four plus years within recruitment which includes experience in working with vendors and social media
Preferred Requirements

- BA in HR, Communications, Marketing or Social Media
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years healthcare experience.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to develop recruitment strategies and report key metrics as per the organization’s hiring needs
- Working and reviewing recruiting software vendors to ensure the recruiting needs are met
- Reviewing recruitment usage of tools making reconditions on possible new tools
- Overseeing day to day operations of the Sourcing Team
- Collaborate with the Director on social media direction and performance
- Overseeing processes and recommending changes or enhancements to keep processes relevant and working towards our goal of the ultimate candidate experience
- Oversee all campaigns for events and recruitment efforts
- Monitor performance of all campaigns and events, set up review with leadership to determine effectiveness on a quarterly basis
- Follow up on performance issues and breaks with active recruitment vendors
- Oversee swag and publication management, ensuring we work within budget while maintaining our recruitment brand
- Maintain the career website and ensure all tabs stay up to date
- Assist in yearly recruiting training for the team
- Collaborate with recruitment leadership to save money on vendor applications and usage
- Willingness to travel to meetings and conferences as needed
- Other recruitment duties as assigned
